Worktop Jig

Our worktop jig is a precision template guide used with a plunge router to cut perfect kitchen worktop joints every time. It's clamped to the worktop surface and guides the router to create the exact profile needed for butt joints, mason's mitre joints, and Belfast sink cutouts. Getting worktop joints right without a jig is extremely difficult — even experienced carpenters struggle to achieve a tight, flush joint by hand. The jig eliminates guesswork and guarantees a professional result on the first attempt, saving you from expensive mistakes on worktops that can cost £40-100 per length. Designed to work with standard 40mm laminate and solid wood worktops in both 600mm and 670mm widths. Compatible with our plunge router (available separately) — most customers hire both together for a complete worktop installation kit. Comes with clear instructions for both left-hand and right-hand joint configurations.
